New to HCG Journey. I have questions...help anyone?

Hello I've never been on a formum before... I have a few questions. 1. how long will the mixed hcg last in the refrigerater? 2. What are you all doing about thanksgiving dinner??? Thanks for any input.

HCG typically is only good for 30 days after mixing. Some folks test the potency of their mix with a pregnancy test.

There is no one answer for Thanksgiving. If you are on the hcg then you eat according to your plan or you eat what you want and pay for it with weight gain.
